Packing 101: Choosing and Wearing Your First Packer

Part of Packing: products, videos and quick answers in one place.

A packer is a soft, realistic penis-and-balls form worn in your underwear to create a natural shape under clothing. It isn’t for sex. It’s for everyday fit, whether that’s a first day at work, a night out or just feeling right in a pair of jeans.
Start with size
Most people start with a 4-inch packer. It gives a realistic profile without drawing attention, and it’s comfortable to wear all day. Our packers come in Light, Medium and Dark, and in a realistic uncircumcised version.
Silicone or TPE?
Silicone packers are durable, hold their shape and clean up easily. TPE packers are extra stretchy and even squishier, with a softer, more natural give. Both are waterproof.
How to wear it
- Close-fitting briefs or boxer briefs hold a packer in place for most people.
- A packing pouch or packing underwear adds a pocket so it stays put through the day.
- Sit it low and slightly angled, the way it would naturally rest, then adjust once you’re dressed.
Comfort tips
- Give it a day or two at home before wearing it out, so you know how it moves when you sit and walk.
- If it shifts, try snugger underwear before trying a different packer.
Care
Wash with warm water and mild soap, let it air dry fully and store it somewhere clean. A light dusting of cornstarch keeps TPE from feeling tacky.
