Rotation adds a rolling, stirring feel that plain vibration can't. Some of these spin the whole shaft, some turn a row of beads, one twirls like a tentacle.

Questions
What does a rotating vibrator do?
Part of the toy turns in circles while it vibrates, so the pressure moves around instead of staying on one spot.
Rotating or thrusting: which is more intense?
They feel different rather than stronger. Thrusting is in-and-out; rotating is a stirring, rolling motion. Some toys, like All in One, do both.
Can rotation run without vibration?
