A packer is a soft, realistic penis-and-balls form worn in your underwear for a natural shape under clothes. Nothing sexual required, just everyday fit.
- How it’s worn: tucked into close-fitting briefs or a packing pouch.
- Two feels: 100% silicone, or extra-stretchy TPE that’s even squishier.

A stand-to-pee device (STP) is a shaped funnel that sits against your body and channels flow forward, so you can use a urinal or stand at the toilet.
- How it works: a gentle curve seals against the body; the spout makes it easy to aim.

Wait until your surgeon clears you. Then start small and soft, go slow, and use plenty of water-based lube. Your care team knows your timeline best.
