Harnesses: How to Choose and Fit One

A harness holds a toy against your body so your hands are free. It works solo or with a partner, and the right fit makes all the difference.
Choosing a harness
- Harness sets come with a vibrating shaft already made to fit, like Sweet Embrace and Snuggle Up.
- Ring harnesses hold a toy you already own. Pleasure Harness uses a 2" rubber ring for flared-base toys.
- Two-toy harnesses like Double Rider have space for two toys at once.
Getting the fit right
- Check the waist range on the product page before you buy.
- Snug at the waist and thighs, so the toy sits steady against the pubic bone without pinching.
- Adjust with the toy in place, then move around a little and adjust again.
Pairing a toy
Look for a flared base, then compare its base diameter with the ring size on the harness page. If the toy wobbles, the ring is too big; if it won’t go through, it’s too small.
Care
Wipe the straps with mild soap and water and let them air dry. Wash the toy separately.
